The price includes, nightly accomodation in a double bedroom with a private bathroom, breakfast, heating, air conditioning, daily cleaning, daily change of towels, the use of the garden and the swimming pool during operating hours. The rooms are also equipped with LCD TVs.
 

punto elenco The check-in time must be communicated by the client at least a day in advance by mail or by phone, otherwise the accepted time is after 5pm.
punto elenco If a different arrival time is estimated, this must be communicated by email or by telephone.
punto elenco On arrival, it is necessary to present identification for registration.
punto elenco Check out time is by 10am, but you are able to keep your luggage at the B&B if your departure is scheduled for later in the day.
punto elenco Breakfast is self service and can be enjoyed in either the common room or in the garden from 8.30am until 10am.
punto elenco For those whom request it, brunch is served at approximately 11.30am.
punto elenco Cleaning occurs daily (excl. Sat, Sun & public holidays) from 10am to 12pm (except when the room is still in use).
punto elenco Smoking is only allowed in the garden.
punto elenco The B&B does not accept any responsibility for the loss of valuables during your stay.
punto elenco Any damage incurred to the B&B will need to be immediately declared with compensation to be paid to the manager.
punto elenco Please respect the other guests by keeping noise to a minimum and keeping the TV at a low volume during the hours of 11pm to 9am.
punto elenco Pets are currently not allowed at the B&B.

 
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
 

punto elenco A 30% deposit is required via bank transfer within 3 days of booking confirmation via fax or email.
punto elenco The balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival (in Euro).
punto elenco Confirmation of your booking will be verified via mail or by telephone.
punto elenco Any cancellation made up to 15 days prior to your expected date of arrival, will result in a refund of any amount paid, less €10 to cover administartion costs. If less than 15 days notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.
punto elenco If, in rare circumstances, the B&B is unable to uphold your booking, you will be advised immediately, your monies refunded and, if possible, find alternative accomodation for you.
